In 2016, at a time when I was so sick that I was looking for alternatives to eating solid foods, I discovered Helminthic Therapy. It was such an unconventional idea that I was more aprehensive than I'd been with any other form of macrobiotic supplement.
But I was reassured it was legit, after talking to a mother using Therapeutic Helminths for her child who had previously suffered from failure to thrive, a scientist who had dedicated his career to researching helminths & a doctor who pioneered the use of one of the 4 species of Therapeutic Helminths.
I soon started sharing detailed write-ups of my experience & began answering questions in the Facebook support group, for several years. I was then invited to become a Facebook admin & to contribute to the Helminthic Therapy Wiki, shortly after its inception.
In 2019, I shared a video series on Helminthic Therapy & in 2020 I appeared in the Helminthic Therapy episode of the French docuseries "How I Hacked My Guts" on Arte.
Since then, I've turned my focus back to languages, which is what I had dedicated my life to before my health took such a turn for the worst.
